Diane has been the owner of The Look since 1994. She has worked in the beauty industry for over thirty years. Diane was educated in manicurist school and apprenticed at an exclusive Redken Salon where she earned her cosmetology license. In addition to in-salon training, Diane attended Redken International Hair Shows and hands on classes with world renowned Redken artists for five years. She became a Redken color artist and rep as well as a salon manager. In addition to owning the salon, Diane works part time in the salon enjoying her clients and making them look and feel great. She loves her days off at the dog park with her husband and dog Eva, or spending time with her kids and grand-dogs adventuring!

Annie has been professionally licensed since 2007 and is certified in ethnic haircare, hair extensions, and esthetics. Annie is passionate about promoting healthy, vibrant hair. She continues to pursue any new or additional training that she can, particularly in Redken Color and Design. Annie has done hair and wig work for The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Opera Idaho, and Broadway in Boise. She regularly designs hair and makeup for fashion shows, photoshoots and music videos both local and long distance. In 2012 Annie was nominated for RAW hairstylist of the year. She enjoys learning French, studying wine, planning trips abroad with her husband and morning walks with Belle (their fur baby).

Bri has been practicing cosmetology since 2007. She received her education from Headmasters school of Hair Design, which became owned by Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy partway through her training. This enabled her to receive a well rounded education, taught from multiple professional points of veiw. She has since participated in many continued education courses. Bri is also a nail tech, specializing in custom hand painted nail art. She works at The Look Wednesdays - Saturday, so that she can spend the beginning of her week providing services to keep the assisted living residents of Boise looking and feeling beautiful. Outside of work, Bri loves spending time with her family and her only child Macy, her crazy, three year old mixed breed. She is passionate about art and writes a home decor blog with her mom.  

Chaz started her journey in the art of cosmetology in 1996 at New Images in Boise, Idaho. She became a Graham Webb Certified stylist and educator. Chaz enjoys the art of coloring from simple grey coverage to platinum blonde and fusion colors. She's received additional training in Brazilian Blowouts, smoothing treatments, Balayage, extensions and more. Chaz especially loves the razor cutting technique. When she isn't in the salon, she can be found in the great outdoors with her family and grandkids! 

Amanda received her cosmetology license in San Diego, CA in 2015. There she discovered her passion for mens haircuts and became particularly talented in doing fades! After a year she decided to return home to Idaho and attend the Aveda Institute. She loves creating beautiful colors using Joico Color line and learning new updo's for any special occasion. When she isn't doing hair, Amanda enjoys vacationing in the mountains or at the beach with her husband and daughter. 

Andrea graduated from the Idaho State University Cosmetology Program which is recognized as one of the top in the nation. She has been in the industry for over 20 years and loves doing new, fun hair and color techniques. As an extrovert with a caring and compassionate heart, there is no better place for Andrea than behind the chair, where she gets to love her clients and make them feel special. She loves what she does and hopes she'll do it forever. Andrea has been blessed with 3 beautiful children. She enjoys time with them, hiking, camping, puzzles, air hockey ... almost anything as long as people are involved.
